Green Certification for Builders

Customized Training & Consulting partners with Live Green, Live Smart™ in offering Integrated Green, a training program for contractors, designers, realtors and project managers that offers certification as a green-savvy professional.

Because some rating systems are best suited for new construction, remodelers are often on their own when asked to make existing homes into sustainable houses. Live Green, Live Smart™ faculty cut through the clutter in two daylong sessions that fast-track building professionals in the philosophy and practical concerns related to building or remodeling green. Review why some “standard” building practices present issues for energy conservation, durability, health and safety. The Integrated Green Certificate will make you the contractor, designer or realtor of choice for homeowners who want a livable, sustainable, energy-efficient home.
