Captain Jason Peggar (OUPV Captain's Course)

Jason Peggar

"I was very impressed with the Captain’s License course led by Capt. Gary Kulibert. He taught difficult subjects in a manner that was easy to understand, and made it easy to pass the exams. Capt. Gary was also extremely helpful with the application process, which could be very frustrating. Saint Paul College's Customized Training & Consulting was a great place for the course. It was a comfortable building with no distractions. The course was very affordable, and there were no hidden costs or extra books to buy. I would recommend this course to any boater seeking their Captain’s License."

"A big thank you goes out to Saint Paul College's Customized Training & Consulting and the expertise of Capt. Gary Kulibert's from Explorer's Guide, LLC. With the great help and awesome training, it was a very rewarding learning experience to take the classes and pass the United States Coast OUPV (Six-Pack) license required to be a licensed fishing guide on Western Lake Superior and the Duluth/Superior Harbor. Both groups put all my fears away of going back to school and obtaining my goal of getting my Captain's License. Great job guys!"

Captain Brian Klawitter (OUPV Captain's Course)

Brian Klawitter

"As a fishing guide on the Mississippi River, I was very impressed with Capt. Gary Kulibert's OUPV class. He had everything we need to prepare us for our Coast Guard test, and to help us with the US Coast Guard license application. He walked me through the maze of red-tape that is required for obtaining my "Captains" license. I would strongly recommend Saint Paul College’s Customized Training & Consulting & Explorer’s Guide LLC for boaters looking to becoming a licensed operator because Capt. Gary and Saint Paul College is a one-stop-shop!"
