Lean-Flow Programs
Lean-Flow eliminates waste and simplifies processes within the organization. Correct and efficient use of Lean-Flow instruments (e.g., Appropriate Technology, 5-S, Takt Scheduling, cellular flow, etc.) increases capacity and reduces costs. Based on successful competencies from Lean, Flow, Theory of Constraint, Time Based Management and others, Lean-Flow employs principles for doing more with less. These processes are superior to anything on the market today. Many industries and professional organizations are finding impressive results with Lean-Flow.
The variety of Lean-Flow programs offered can help organizations at all stages in their evolution and development. Useful and worthwhile program areas include consultation, evaluation, transformation, re-education, ongoing training and assessment.
When properly implemented Lean-Flow can greatly improve the overall efficiency of an entire organization.
Delivering the Programs
Customized Training & Consulting brings real-world content expertise combined with a pragmatic and hands-on style of teaching. Our instructors and consultants are interesting and provocative, which makes learning enjoyable and important for everyone in the group. We treat individuals with respect for what they already know, yet manage to convey information that results in changes to improve productivity and performance.
Programs can be delivered in a variety of methods at your location or ours. Services for Lean-Flow processes range from consultation and assessments to workshops and events to on-site training and courses. Lean-Flow programs are a partnership between Saint Paul College and Stout Advanced Management Assistance, a division of the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
